Hello Dear, After writing on Snoring and Possible Remedies my sister introduces me to The Air Snore Mouthpiece which her Husband used to overcome his excessive snoring due to her confidence I set out making my research then I found a detailed analysis of The AirSnore Mouth Piece and Drops
The AirSnore™ snoring mouthpiece is a simple but highly effective, low-cost solution to banish your snoring.
It’s a real alternative to uncomfortable, heavy-duty breathing apparatus and painful, sometimes unsuccessful surgery.
With an easy to use device there’s no special fitting required by your dentist and it’s ready to use in only a few minutes.
The AirSnore Mouth Piece is best with The AirSnore Drops which is built with effective blend of oils like:
1. sunflower seed oil
2. eucalyptus leaf oil
3. lavender flower oil
4. peppermint leaf oil
5. Scots pine leaf oil
The AirSnore Drops is a Perfect resource when Cough and Colds ruin your nights which in most cases sparks snoring but what if you can’t get to sleep in the first place?
When you’re unwell with a cough, cold, sinus or chest infection, not only are you even more likely to snore, but your blocked airways make it harder to breathe properly and get a decent night’s sleep.
And when you’re feeling poorly, the last thing you want is a terrible night’s sleep making you feel even worse.
Sedating medications and sleeping pills may help you get to sleep, but they can make your snoring even worse by relaxing your neck muscles.
AirSnore™ Drops contain a special blend of natural oils well known for their soothing, antiseptic properties to help relieve your symptoms and send you to sleep without snoring.
Clearing your airways and easing your breathing, AirSnore™ Drops will help you fall asleep much more easily, ensuring you get the snore-free, full night’s sleep you deserve.
Getting a little chat with her husband I was able to gather some information about The AirSnore Mouthpiece and Drops

According to his experience
This was a common boil and bite setup for the Airsnore that I have done many times before for other devices. The boil and bite procedure allows the device to custom fit itself to my jaw structure, which makes it more comfortable and effective.
To fit the device, I would have to use a pot to boil water, an empty bowl to pour the hot water into, a bowl filled with ice water for after I fit it to my mouth, a spoon to use for placing it in and out of the water, and something to keep track of the time.
After boiling the water, I submerged the Airsnore for 5 to 10 minutes which is longer than I normally do for other boil and bite mouthpieces.
After boiling, I placed it in my mouth, extended my jaw and bit down hard enough to sink my teeth into the material, but not so hard as to bite all the way through. This is the key part that would fit the product to my unique jaw structure. After that, I removed it and placed it inside the ice water so it could harden again.
After placing it inside my mouth I thought it was comfortable, and it was an easy set up. There were no extra settings I needed to fiddle with or any advanced setup needed which was nice change of pace. The mouthpiece itself did not feel invasive or intrusive and up to now there were no negatives from the product itself.
I also used the Airsnore drops before going to sleep. I used a few drops around my neck, under my nose and on my chest. These drops are very powerful, so you want to make sure not to overdo it when using them. Only a few drops in each location will be sufficient.
First night
Using it for the first night, I felt well rested which means I had a good night of sleep. My jaw was slightly sensitive when I woke up, but this is entirely normal when using a new device for the first time. I wasn’t too worried about this, usually this subsides after a certain amount of time as my facial muscles and jaw gets accustomed to the new appliance. The Airsnore drops were also successful as I felt more relaxed after using them. My nose was clearer and I found it easier to breathe too. I was looking forward to the rest of this trial.
Now it was time to ask my wife how the first night went. Normally she stays up later than me, so usually I have been sleeping for quite a while before she decides to go to bed. She confirmed that she did not hear any snoring from me up until she went to sleep, which is great because when I snore it also makes it harder for her to fall asleep.
I then cleaned the mouthpiece before storing it for the day. I normally clean my mouthpieces with toothpaste, which is a quick cleaning, and then let it air dry before placing it in the case for the day.
The rest of the trial
On the second night, I already noticed the soreness had gone away slightly which meant my mouth was becoming used to the Airsnore.
I fell asleep quickly with the help of the Airdrops and for two nights in a row my wife confirmed she did not hear any snoring from me. I was really looking forward to the rest of my two-week trial with this product.
For the rest of the duration of my trial, I had positive results. Daily the soreness would dissipate slowly, until there was no soreness at all towards the end of my trial.
I continued to use the drops for the entire period and I must honestly say I enjoyed this little something extra to help me sleep every night. After two weeks, I can confidently say the Airsnore is an effective anti-snoring solution that gave me long term results.
Positives and Negatives
Even though I had positive results it is important to review the positives and negatives of the Airsnore before making a purchase.
Positives
- 1. No snoring and woke up feeling refreshed and energized.
- 2. Unique Airsnore drops help me sleep better and kept my nose clear. A very nice extra bonus to use at night.
- 3. Airhole in the center of the mouthpiece which allows for mouth breathing. This is a big plus for when my nose is blocked and I am forced to breathe through my mouth.
- 4. Great price for the products.
- 5. There is a long money-back guarantee of 60-days. This is enough time to test it and decide if you want to keep it.
Negatives
- 1. Unfortunately, I don't think it can be used by snorers who have caps, crowns, dentures, bridges or implants. The way it grips and holds onto the teeth might make it unusable for those with these dental conditions.
- 2. The device is not FDA cleared; however, it is made in an FDA cleared facility.
- 3. There was some jaw stings when using the device at first, along with some drooling.

Knowing your snore level goes a long way from health benefits to emotional compliments not just for you but also this around you
Grade One Snoring
You snore occasionally but not very loudly. Your breathing won’t be affected, which means your snoring won’t be causing you any significant health problems. However, if your snoring is annoying your partner, left untreated it may begin to cause you some personal problems.
Grade Two Snoring
You snore so loudly every night that people outside your room can hear you and you may be disrupting their sleep too. You probably feel very tired and irritable during the day and your snoring may be having a negative impact on your daily life. There is also a possibility that you may also be suffering from obstructive sleep apnoea, which can cause you long-term serious health problems.
Grade Three Snoring
You snore so loudly every night that people outside your room can hear you and you may be disrupting their sleep too. You probably feel very tired and irritable during the day and your snoring may be having a negative impact on your daily life. There is also a possibility that you may also be suffering from obstructive sleep apnoea, which can cause you long-term serious health problems.
What you should know:
1. The AirSnore™ mouthpiece is easy to fit to your mouth before you use it for the first time.
Let it stand in hot water for a few minutes to soften, then carefully following the instructions provided, place it inside your mouth and bite down on it while it cools and moulds itself to the inside of your mouth in an exact fit.
Not quite right? Don’t worry – you can start again. If it is uncomfortable during use, moves once in place or otherwise doesn’t seem to be doing its job then simply repeat the process until it is perfect.
When you are ready to go to sleep, just insert the AirSnore™ mouthpiece and sleep well.
2. Most stop snoring mouthpieces will push your jaw into an uncomfortable position, which can make it difficult for you to sleep properly and leave you with a sore jaw the next morning.
Hardly a cure for a good night’s sleep! But the AirSnore™ mouthpiece gently moves your jaw into a position that will stop your snoring without causing you any pain or discomfort. The AirSnore™ device moulds itself to the inside of your mouth, ensuring a comfortable fit that’s just right for you.
If it’s not right the first time, just place it into some hot water for a few minutes and re-mould it again until you get the perfect fit
3. Denture wearers can use the AirSnore™ mouthpiece successfully, but it depends on your particular situation.
The same goes if you have any missing teeth. In this case, we recommend you ask your dentist about using the AirSnore™ mouthpiece.
If you are given assurance that it is suitable in your case, you can go ahead and make your purchase with confidence.
Don’t let wearing dentures or having missing teeth put you off trying the AirSnore™ mouthpiece until you have discussed it with your dentist – you could be missing out on a good night’s sleep for no reason!
Caring For Your Mouthpiece
It's recommend you clean your AirSnore™ mouthpiece after every use. Soak your device for 10-15 minutes in cold water mixed with a little toothpaste and let it air dry before using it again. Alternatively, you can also use denture cleaning solution to clean your device.
